Which Southampton cruise terminals do you serve?
All five: Ocean, City, Mayflower, Horizon and QEII. Ocean and QEII sit in the Eastern Docks behind Dock Gate 4; City, Horizon and Mayflower are in the Western Docks behind Gates 8 and 10.

Check the berth number, not the cruise line. The five terminals are run by Associated British Ports and no line is tied to one of them — the same ship can sail from a different terminal on a different date. Your e-ticket carries the berth number, and that is the only reliable source. Tell us the terminal when you book and we will note it on your confirmation.

How far is the car park from Southampton Cruise Terminal?
How long is the transfer?
Six minutes from our park and ride site to any of the five terminals. Allow another few minutes for loading luggage at each end.
How early should I arrive before my cruise?
Arrive at the car park 45 minutes before your cruise line's check-in window opens. That covers the drop-off, the luggage and the transfer with room to spare on a busy turnaround day.
Southampton handles several ships at once in peak season, and the roads around Dock Gates 4, 8 and 10 back up. Earlier is always better than later.
What happens when I arrive?
Give your booking reference at the barrier, park in the bay you are directed to, and the transfer takes you and your luggage to the terminal door. Keys stay with you on park and walk, and are held securely on site for park and ride and meet and greet.
What happens when I get back?
Call the number on your confirmation when you clear the terminal. The transfer collects you from the designated pick-up point, usually within ten minutes.
What if my ship docks late?
There is no extra charge for a delay outside your control. Call us when you can and we will let the site know to expect you later.
Can I amend my cruise parking booking?

Is parking at Southampton secure?
Yes. Every site is gated with number plate recognition, covered by recorded CCTV, staffed while the barrier is open, and insured by an operator carrying motor trade cover. We visit each one in person before listing it, and if it fails any of the four it does not go on the site.

How far is the car park from the cruise terminals?
Our park and ride site is a six minute transfer from the Ocean, City, Mayflower, Horizon and QEII terminals. Park and walk customers are within a short walk. Meet and greet takes your car at the terminal door, so there is no transfer at all.
Which terminal will my ship use?
Your cruise line confirms the terminal on your e-tickets, usually around three weeks before you sail. If you tell us the ship and sailing date when you book, we will note the terminal on your confirmation.
I am sailing for more than 30 nights. Can you help?
Yes. Southampton is our only site with published rates beyond 30 nights. Call +44 7984 320734 and we will quote you directly.
Can I leave a roof box on the car?
Only if the total height stays under 1.9 m. Above that you need the large vehicle rate, and some sites cannot take the vehicle at all — call us first.
